We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose from.

Booking Procedure

A rental deposit is due when you receive the contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented. Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided on a case to case basis.
