- Master bedroom has queen bed and private bathroom with large tiled shower, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with 2 twins each (totaling 4 twins), all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, main floor living room has queen sleeper sof
- The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, blender, coffee pot, etc. The dining table seats 8 with an open floor plan to the kitchen and living room
- Plenty of seating for family gatherings in the sunny living room which is open to the dining area, very cozy with a propane fireplace to enjoy the evenings
- Dish satellite TV with DVD and VCR, sorry - NO landline phone, bring your cell phone
- Nicely landscaped with east facing deck looking towards the Tetons and Grand Targhee Ski Resort, master bedroom also has a upper level private deck for western sunset views
- This location is perfect for both summer and winter - easy access into the Teton Mountains and Grand Tagrhee
- Laundry facilites and a propane BBQ on site for your use

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.
On occasion shorter bookings may be accepted.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose
from. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
