- Main Floor 1040 sq. ft. Condominium unit with easy acces to Ski Hill Road
- Master bedroom has 1 Queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds.
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, crock pot, coffee pot and everything else you need to cook your meals. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine as our gift to you.
- Living room has sliding glass doors to patio and propane flame fireplace, comfortable furniture and nice natural light
- High Definition TV through Dish Network with local network channels plus HBO. Also equipped with a blue ray disc player and a WII console for guests entertainment.
Wireless Internet Access (bring your laptop)
- The Teton Creek Resort complex has a mile plus walking path meandering through the property for nice nature walks and cross country skiing
- Condo complex has community hot tub (Seasonal closures on hot tub are approximately April 15th - May 31st, and Sept 15th -Thanksgiving, otherwise it should be up and running)
- Stackable washer and dryer in unit and ski locker available

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.
On occasion shorter bookings may be accepted.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose
from. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
