- The natural light pours through south side windows into nicely furnished living room with propane fireplace. Dining area seats 6 and eating bar seats 2
- Dish Network Satelllite TV in living room plus small portable CD player, also a TV/DVD in master bedroom (movies only, no satellite). This unit has Internet connection
- There is a large indoor hot tub just across the parking lot for use by all condominium guests
- Easy access from this rental to Ski Hill Road, Teton Canyon and Grand Targhee Resort

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose
from. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
