- Three story 2100 sq. ft. townhouse off of Ski Hill Road only 10 miles from Grand Targhee Ski Area and 1½ hours from West Yellowstone
- Queen bed in third floor master suite. Double bed in 2nd bedroom. Twin beds in 3rd bedroom and queen Aerobed inflatable mattress available in 2nd floor den
- Fully-equipped kitchen with all your cooking and baking needs including microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee grinder and stand mixer
- Open floor plan in living area with leather furniture, gas fireplace. Dining area seats 7 and island seats additional 4. Second floor has deck, 2 bedrooms, Jack and Jill bath and den with TV, games and puzzles for family fun.
- Direct TV, network channels with DVD players on all three floors, high speed wireless internet, fax and printer, iPod dock and player

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose
from. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
