- Main floor 1040 sq. ft. condominium unit off of Ski Hill Road
- 1 queen bed in master bedroom, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom and sleeper sofa in living area
- Fully equipped kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and blender
- Living room has sliding glass door to patio and propane flame fireplace
- Dish Network TV, VCR and small CD and tape player
Wireless internet access available at Teton Creek Resort 24 hours per day, best signal achieved from the lobbies in the Dreamcatcher and Bannock buildings
- There is a mile long nature trail meandering through the aspens and willows near Teton Creek
- Condo complex has community hot tub (Seasonal closures on hot tub are approximately April 15th - May 31st, and Sept 15th - Thanksgiving, otherwise it should be up and running)

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.
On occasion shorter bookings may be accepted.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose
from. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
