- 2 Story 2000 sq ft country home on 2/3 acre with Teton Mountain Range Views
- 1 queen bed in master bedroom, 1 queen bed in 2nd bedroom, 2 bunkbeds in 3rd bedroom, 1 bunk has two twins and 1 bunk has full on bottom and twin on top, loft has 1 full bed
- Country kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher, dining table for 6 and eating bar seats 4
- Comfortable living room has propane flame stove, plenty of seating and extensive VCR tape library
- TV viewing is through Dish Network and includes local channels, VCR, DVD, and stereo with CD player (no landline phone)
- Home is located in the Targhee Ranch subdivision with small intermittent stream in the summer and big Teton Views
- Hot tub is on north deck with awesome sunset views, horse shoe pit in backyard, propane bbq, 7 ft. pooltable in game area, foosball table in loft, and many board games
- Laundry facilities, no garage, caretaker on premise, completely separate from rental

There is a five-night minimum over Christmas and 4th of July holidays.
On occasion shorter bookings may be accepted.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose
from. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
