- Secluded 2 story 1500 sq. ft. log home on 4.5 acres.
- Main floor master bedroom has a king bed and private deck, 2nd upstairs bedroom has a king bed, and 3rd main floor bedroom has 2 bunk beds for a total of 4 twins.
- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, blender, and coffee pot. Dining table seats 8.
- Comfortable living room with vaulted ceiling, cathedral windows and massive river rock fireplace. Two sets of french doors lead to wrap around deck built around huge pine tree with propane BBQ.
- Visual entertainment through Direct TV and a Bose stereo system with CD player.
- Home has many stately cottonwood trees surrounding property
- Located at the end of the cul-de-sac in quiet location
- Lower level has card table and Foose ball table, comfortable couches and door to access nature.

| Pets |
| We do allow pets in certain homes with an extra cleaning
charge of $50.00. Please let us know what pets you have and
we will let you know which homes are available for you to choose. If anyone in your group has pet allergies, let us know and we will suggest options that have not accommodated pets previously. |
| Booking Procedure |
| A rental deposit is due when you receive the
contract, a Visa or Master Card number is taken as a damage/security
deposit. The remainder of the rental balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
Rental monies are non refundable unless unit can be re-rented.
Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be decided
on a case to case basis. |
